ELABORATION
Harvested at the end of September. Maceration and alcoholic fermentation of 15 days at a temperature of 20 ºC and subsequent malolactic.
DEVELOPMENT
Eight months in American oak barrels.
TASTING NOTES
Cherry red color. Aroma of moderate intensity with memories of red and oak fruit. In the mouth, fresh and dry, slightly tannin with alcohol very integrated into a bottom of fruit; Cherry and raspberries, twined with wood. In the nose, stand out the red fruit of the forest.
SERVICE TEMPERATURE
We recommend serving it at 16 ºC.
